Search Engine Strategies and Search Engine Watch loose their King

Article Summary :

For many years the reference in Search Engine Strategies and basically all things 'Search' has been through Danny Sullivan or Search Engine Strategies / Search Engine Watch. The Announcement (old news now) that Danny Sulivan is leaving feels weird. Search Engine Watch that Sulivan created from scratch was sold by him to Mecklermedia in 1997. He then created the Search Engine Strategies in 1999. And we all thought he would be the search man forever.

My Intro :
Born in England, I moved to France when I was 12. Following schooling in France and obtaining a Baccalaureate I studied International Business and majored in International Marketing in Aston Business School, Birmningham in the UK. After creating a company in France I moved to Paris and started working as a consultant and project manager in interactive Ad agencies, working in Paris, London and Hamburg. I love building high-end web sites, photography, designing and enjoy a good meal with a good bottle of red wine.
